She is truly a highly experienced and patient psychologist. She has been very kind and patient with me throughout my sessions and has helped me a lot with gaining clarity about my life and myself. She dealt with my depression very effectively. I highly recommend her. Adeel BhattiJuly 6, 2024. I consult online. Much satisfied. She is very competent psychologist. I will definitely go for next session and already recommend to one of my friends as well. Thank you mam. Maria MukhtarJuly 3, 2024. Hello. I had a displeasure of consulting with Saira. I and my husband went to a couple therapy and we had a two day session. First session was fine but the second session brought out Saira’ lack of professionalism and no regard for human decency. She personally attacked me during the whole session by saying things like “ap gunnahgar hain” “ap musalman nhi hain kya” etc which shows how judgmental person she is. It went on and on for an hour. After that we told her that this was our last session and said goodbye to her. However, she kept messaging my husband saying “ap ki wife tou theek nhi ho sakti” and encouraged him to DIVORCE me. A couple counsellor telling her client to divorce his spouse! The irony. Kher she kept messaging him k leave your wife and come take therapy alone etc. Wow! Such a homewrecker. Alhamdulillah, we found a really nice psychologist after that and are going great in life suma Alhamdulillah. Kuch log zameen p shaitan k advocates hoty hain and she’s an example of that. Allah swt ap sb ko aese sar se bacahye Ameen.

If you’ve been cheated on in a monogamous relationship, asking “How can I trust my partner again?” doesn’t really make sense. The truth is, you’ll never trust them in the same way you did before. The betrayal changes everything.
You basically have two options. One is to stay in the relationship, knowing that you’ll always feel some level of mistrust. This means accepting that things will never be as they were and dealing with the emotional fallout.
The other option is to end the relationship. Accept that the betrayal has changed things too much and moving on might be the best way to heal and find a relationship where trust can start fresh.
In the end, it’s up to you. Just know that once trust is broken like this, it’s hard to get back to where you were before. The relationship will always be affected by what happened, and rebuilding trust might not be possible.

Some people are being depressed, frustrated, and confused with what their lives is, how it going, where it going, what it is really going on with them
Some are even tired of life, some of them are even tired of their relationship, marriage and family
Some aren’t feeling well, but just manage to cope with life, some can’t bear the painsthey are going through
Many of their hearts is being broken most of them are even looking for a way to terminate their lives
Some of them are asking God why they even come to this world? Why did God send them to this world to suffer, why is only them going through such problem, when will it end?
Dear listen
I know the pain is too much, I know what you are passing through
I can feel it, and I know how hurt it is.
You shouldn’t end your life over such problem, you shouldn’t kill yourself because of a stressful and sorrowful relationship
Well.. it is better you end that relationship and save your life dear
Hear me, once you end your life over that relationship or marriage, he will look for someone else and continue life with her
While you will be at the grave, without any remembrance, forgotten for life, while someone else will be replaced by you
So why must you terminate your life? You are not the owner of your life, God owns it and He know what you are going through
Just trust Him dear, He is working on you and He will soon settle your case.
Dear, don’t terminate your life, you are loved. Just take a look at yourself in the mirror
You are beautiful and being loved by many, just in case you don’t know, God love you and I do love you too
Always remember; you are loved
Dealing with anxiety disorders has become a pressing global issue, and I feel the weight of this challenge deeply. Effective management involves using proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people reshape their distorted thinking. Mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques also play a crucial role, offering some relief and helping individuals build emotional resilience.
Yet, I can’t ignore the harsh reality of our field: the danger of overburdening oneself. It pains me to see how easy it is for mental health professionals to stretch themselves too thin. We must remain within our limits to provide the best care possible. It’s vital to stay present in every moment, supporting those who are struggling without losing sight of our own well-being.
As we strive to improve anxiety care globally, we must not forget the importance of personalized, culturally sensitive approaches. This is not just about treating symptoms; it’s about recognizing our own limits and ensuring that our compassion and effectiveness don’t suffer in the process.
However, a significant issue often overlooked is the risk of overburdening oneself in the therapeutic process. It’s essential for mental health professionals to operate within their capacity, ensuring they remain effective and avoid burnout. Being present in each situation and maintaining personal well-being is crucial for providing optimal care.
Furthermore, focusing on supporting individuals in distress while managing one’s own limits can lead to a more empathetic and effective therapeutic environment. As we advance in this field, embracing personalized care and cultural sensitivity will be key in improving global anxiety management and outcomes.
